Excellent Location with Superb Amenities
We enjoyed an amazing stay with stunning views and a fantastic pool in a prime location. the apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable. the supply of essentials like toilet paper was a bit lacking for our group size, and the furniture could use an upgrade for better comfort.

The twin room was spacious, included multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. The staff were all very pleasant, excellent service...

Everything was great, amicable staff, excellent views of the ocean. The room was brand-new and spotless and had a clean bathroom. An iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were there too. I greatly enjoyed 7 nights there.

The location was fantastic. The apartments were very spacious & well maintained. Facilities were exceptional, gym, pool etc. We spent time at Pumicestone with family and it will always be a very happy and memorable time for us all.
The only downer was that the spa in the pool area was not working. Which was disappointing when our 81yr old mum and 79yr old aunt got ready for a relaxing spa.

It was close to shops and beach.
The on site managerment was to much our 11year old was splashing in the pool on a rainy day and the manager came up to tell him to stop!!! He was watching him on cctv a little creepy. We also had a beer bottle full of cigerette butts broken on our deck from a room above us, not a nice thing to find in the morning. The apartment above us also cleaned thier deck by throwing a bucket of water over it which all came down and we had water all over our deck and no where for it to go. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Space & comfort. Location close to hospital. I booked rooms for interstate pesenters for a QLD Health workshop held at Caloundra Hospital. I would definately recommend it in the future. Great to get message re access to keys after hours as the people staying there had a delayed flight & had to fly in to Brisbane airport...thanks for contacting me.
I had a little difficulty sorting out tax invoices, but staff were helpful. I was not aware that all presentars could have shared a 3 bedroom apartment, but maybe I didn't look at the website properly.

This resort with correct management and maintainance could be as good as anything on the Sunshine Coast .Holes in sheet, the fridge ran continously with a high pitched noise when pointed out to management we were advised "they all do that".The fridge in friends unit didnt.Shower door was filthy along the bottom,No drapes to living room, milk in fridge out of date ,air conditioner did not work , hair dryer and clothes airer had to be asked for all of which were fixed or supplied.

Pumicestone Blue offers a fantastic location, just a short stroll to the beach and excellent dining options. the spacious apartment featured a lovely large balcony, and the rooftop area provided stunning views and a beautiful pool. We felt secure due to the lift access limitations, and enjoyed the nearby shopping facilities. the BBQ areas were perfect for family gatherings.
Pool cleanliness was lacking. Air conditioning wasn’t cold.
